All venue staff are vaccinated and will be wearing masks.
If you are unwilling or unable to provide the requested documentation, a refund will be available until September 1st, 2021. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
We will accept your vaccination card or proof of vaccination on the myColorado app. An ID must be shown with it for verification.
We will only accept official test results from a health provider. We will NOT accept at-home, self-administered tests.
If you forget your proof of vaccination or test results, you will not be permitted in our venue.
You will not be permitted in our venue if you have a positive COVID test, however you may request a refund through day of show with proof of a positive test received within 10 days of the event. Please e-mail email@example.com to request more information on refunds.
What if I have a medical condition that excludes me from being vaccinated or have a ticket for a child under 12?
Anyone who cannot show proof of vaccination must provide a negative COVID test result taken within 72 hours of the event.
Will I still have to wear a mask if I am fully vaccinated and / or if I have shown proof of a negative test result?
All patrons will need to be masked except when consuming food or drink.
